Plain-language overview.

TrueLoop Compute is operated by NEOTECH Inc. in British Columbia, Canada. We collect only the information required to issue keys, respond to enquiries, operate and secure sessions, diagnose reliability, support evaluators, and meet commercial or legal obligations.

Raw experimental data is not required by the runtime. Hosted session vectors stay in volatile memory while active, are removed on end() or expiry, and are never written to application logs or the persistent data volume. For up to 90 days we retain privacy-minimized per-key operational aggregates: endpoint/status counts, channel count, client version, session timing, saturation count, and dimensionless response-error change relative to the session’s first observation. The telemetry store uses a one-way key fingerprint and contains no raw key, vector, target, score, session token, IP address, or user-agent string. It is used only for service reliability, security, and support; never advertising, sale, or model training.
